Refund policy

At Paintings by Mike, every piece of art is created or reproduced with great care. Because of the nature of fine art and custom printing, returns are limited—but we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase.


Original Paintings

  • All original artworks are final sale.

  • Originals are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced if returned.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the Damages process below.


Prints & Canvas Wraps

  • All prints and canvas wraps are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • If your item is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost.


Damages

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Contact mike@paintingsbymike.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • The packaging (outer and inner)

    • The damaged artwork

  3. We will arrange a replacement (for prints) or work with shipping insurance for originals.


Cancellations

  • Orders for prints or canvas wraps may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, production begins and cancellations are not possible.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only if:

    • The item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced

    • The wrong item was shipped

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Custom Orders & Commissions

  • Custom paintings, special size requests, and commissioned works are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
