Weathered by the Sea

This 60”x32” oil painting captures the rugged beauty of Peggy’s Cove—facing the mouth of St. Margarets Bay that opens into the North Atlantic. Storm-weathered houses standing strong against the elements, and three old fishing boats resting on the shore. The White House on the hill watches over the endless horizon, a silent witness to the sea’s ever-changing moods.

Every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Original paintings are securely packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days, while prints and canvas wraps are made to order and dispatched within 7–10 business days. All shipments are fully insured, tracked worldwide, and handled with the utmost care, with local pickup available in Nova Scotia.

Because each piece is created or printed to order, all sales are final. Original paintings, prints, and canvas wraps cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. In the rare event that your artwork is damaged in transit, please contact mike@paintingsbymike.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for prints or work with shipping insurance for originals.
